Katie Lambert has a passion for engaging and motivating automotive employees to be the very best they can be, both professionally and personally. Katie believes strongly in negotiation-free selling and feels that loyalty and customer satisfaction are the direct results of such a business model. Katie has over 21 years of automotive experience in sales, management and training. Katie is an ATD Master Certified Trainer and an experienced coach and instructional designer.
Doug Sprinthall-Customer Training Manager
Doug, an NADA Dealer Academy graduate, brings over 30 years of automotive experience to the Ryan Adams Group. Doug has experience working in sales, sales management, general management, marketing and training. He spent 15 years at Walser Automotive Group, an early adapter of the one-price business model, where he created the New and Pre-owned Director position and worked as the Marketing Director. Doug has mentored sales consultants and managers and enjoys working closely with dealers on the journey to Upfront Pricing.
